Goods are able to be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy
New items, still in packaging and with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (hats excluded due to health regulations).

What to do: Contact Us and inform what you are returning along with the order number.
What will happen next: Return Authority will be issued and instructions on when to return the item to the uniform shop.
When will I get my refund: Items should be returned in their original product packaging. After inspection, a refund will be issued within 7 days by the same method of purchasing payment, unless otherwise agreed.
